LEE - ADAPTER FOR HARDENED DECAPPING PIN
his adapter is used to clamp our hardened decapping pins into dies from LEE. The adapter is designed for LEE reloading dies, where the punching assembly is equipped with a NPT thread.
The adapter assembly includes a collet, nut and a hardened decapping pin. The pin is made to be universal for all calibres, so it will stick out of the assembly from reloading dies for shorter calibers because of the length.
The body of the adapter itself is made of stainless steel.

The pin is not intended for decapping in full formatting (including the neck) of .223 cartridges. After formatting, the neck has an inner diameter smaller than the diameter of the shaft of this pin.
