SHOTERBEST.COM is an online store (e-shop), registered in the Registry of Economic Activities of Portugal.
The operator of the shooterbest.com internet store is the company EGI – Eemann Gonçalves Ibérica, Lda with NIF 516681699, headquartered at Rua da Boavista, 26 Vermoim and now referred to as Seller.
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the Seller and the Buyer when the Buyer purchases merchandise distributed through the shootersbest.com internet store and upon delivery to the Buyer.
The Buyer, within the meaning of these terms, is a natural or legal person who has legal capacity and sui juris, resident or non-resident in Portugal. For the purchase and delivery of certain categories of products distributed through the Internet store, the Seller may also require additional documents, licenses, authorizations, etc., to acquire, store or receive and/or send by mail for specific categories of merchandise.
A consumer is a natural person who concludes a transaction not related to an economic activity or independent professional.
Order online is the celebration of the sales contract. These terms and conditions are the terms of the sales contract.
In the way in which they are related, the Buyer and the Seller are governed by these terms and conditions, as well as by the legislation of Portugal.
REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION OF PEOPLE
To purchase a product that is distributed through the internet store, the Buyer must be registered. During the registration, the Buyer provides the Seller with personal information on the necessary measure to carry out the order and its delivery.
The Seller undertakes to store and use the personal data provided by the Buyer in full compliance with the Portuguese law "referring to personal data", as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDRP), EU 2016/679, 04.27.2016 , and with the terms mentioned in the declaration of confidentiality and data processing.
The Seller undertakes not to disclose publicly and/or to a limited number of people under his custody and/or free of charge personal information received from the Buyer, except in cases where the indication of two given persons is necessary for the transfer of goods to the Buyer (including specifying the delivery address in the packaging of the merchandise in the remittance note).
The seller is not responsible for the accuracy of two data supplied to the Buyer. The Buyer is responsible for the orders that are not executed or that are executed with delay, in the cases in which the supply or delay in the supply of the merchandise has occurred due to the fact that the Buyer has provided incorrect data.
MERCHANDISE ORDER
All the prices in our store are in Euros, including VAT. For clients - legal persons or sole proprietorships, not residents in Portugal, but residents of our country of the European Union for the sale of goods without VAT, a valid taxpayer number must be provided to the Seller.
To order, the Buyer adds the selected items in the desired quantity in the virtual shopping cart. Adding the item to the virtual shopping cart is done by pressing the "Add to cart" button located on the item's description page.
After entering the virtual shopping cart with the selected products, the Buyer goes to the checkout. To make the order, the Buyer verifies the delivery address, inserted during registration and, if necessary, alters, selects the shipping method and pays with any method proposed by the system. An order is considered valid from the date of receipt of the necessary value in the Seller's account.
In the description of each product presented in the Internet store, as well as in each product listed on the page Summary of the Shopping Cart, there is a note about the availability of the product in the Seller's stock or determination of a period of time within which the product will be sent to Buyer.
Merchandise that has its limited circulation within the Portuguese legislation cannot be delivered by mail and can more be obtained by the Buyer at the headquarters of the internet store at: Rua da Boavista, 26 4770-754 Vermoim. To receive these benefits, a Portuguese resident is required to provide a valid license for their acquisition. To send limited merchandise in circulation and movement through the border of the State of Portugal, non-residents are obliged to provide a set of documents that authorize the export, transport and import to the territory of the country of residence of the selected item.

The merchandise should not be delivered in the manufacturer's packaging, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
The Seller reserves the right, within a period of 5 (five) days, to inform the Buyer of the impossibility of executing the order due to lack of goods, or required quantities of the selected goods, in the warehouse of the Seller or manufacturer and to offer give you the opportunity to choose a product. The order cost is recalculated according to the new order structure. If after adjustment the purchase price is more than previously paid, the Buyer shall pay the difference to the Seller. If, after adjustment, the purchase price is lower than previously paid, the Seller will refund the difference to the Buyer within 14 working days from the moment the new purchase price is defined.
Orders are accepted within 24 hours.
